Using Doomwinds provides windfury the ability to proc on any spell, auto attack during the duration and increases its damage by 280% instead of 200%
Steps for reproducing the issue: Use doomwinds, and auto attack, or use any spell.
Windfury also procs on stormstrike a huge portion when it should just proc on just autos.
