report : Apocalipse Bug.

Hello GMs and Admins,

I have been waiting for a response in game for this problem since almost 4 weeks with no response. Basically my character "Madnes" have the Apocalipse Artifac bugg that's my suspicion, therefore i cannot transmog under the unholy specialization (main), i had expend A LOT of artifact power there, it's really painful to play without transmog. I have donated a lot to get those sets, there is a lot of people with the same issue, i hope for a fast response. Thanks.

-When i try to transmog in the unholy spec the NPC, it just steal the gold and that's it.
