Moreover it procs on HP generators (like Crusaders strike), on don't proc on HP spenders.

I want add to this report 1 think: Divine Purpose is activated all time, meanwhile we use Templar's Verdict. If we use Justiciar's Vengeance for example, the proc of 20% is correct.
So far, Divine Purpose is consumed when using a holy spender ability, but still procs with most abilities or even auto-attacks

Not fixed yet? So much paladins with ridiculous dmg in arenas, only rats that think that they are pro players having a bug...
