Difficult mode of the instance in which you found this issue: Old Content/Quest (Draenor).
Complete description of your issue (do not forget to specify the issue, all conditions for making the issue to happen, and if the issue is related to a phase, specify the phase in which you found this issue): Quest: {The Home Stretch: Get to the docks.}. Quest functions correctly all the way until you get to the ship on the docks these suppose to be a cutscene that processed to teleport you to Draenor expansion, but instead the quest doesn't complete and the NPC's all dissapear and phase out leaving my character on the ship unable to continue.
Steps for reproducing the issue: I have re-loaded/re-started my game/deleted Cache folder and restared game and taken the quest again/ abandoned the quest and re-got it and tried again many times which none worked. I made a ticket and got help which was informed to do all the above which I've tried and still nothing fixes the problem, I would greatly appreciate to get some further assisstance on the matter to continue my adventure into Draenor.

Draenor is an old content, the devs are focused on current extension content, so it will probably never be fixed or scripted.
Draenor is full bugged for several firestorm extension now, most of the quests don't work, and tanaan jungle is empty. If you really want to pursue your Draenor adventure you should go on the draenor server.

Tried doing this quest on 9/19/24 and same issue. No known fixes as of yet and to my knowledge.
