1) No anima conductor present in Sinfall (have anima conductor level 2) - this bug is bothering to collect Gratefull offering currency

Changing covenant to something else and return to Venthyr doesn't help
Finishing Chains of domination and Secrets of the First Ones quest lines doesn't help
Steps for reproducing the issue:
Start first character on Oribos server
Buy character boost to lvl 50
Complete Shadowlands quest campaign (skipping it for first character is unavailable)
Buy some upgrades in sanctum from foreman Flatfinger

I have read through all of the information You have given regarding the issue of the Venthir covenant sanctum.
For the first 2 issues that are reported, the covenant upgrades, those were working in the past for some covenants,but sometimes those do stop working after few crashes/fixed.
The 1st one the conductor, some covenants were not script and might not be finished by the end of Shadowlands, although, we will try to get it if possible.
2nd the transport networks, same info as the 1st one.
3rd, regarding the npc being duplicated and not having the options to interact with, it's confirmed, it will be looked on
4th Visual bug, this was left since the start of Shadowlands and was not torched at all, hopefully will be looked on
We will try to sort of the last 2 issues , as for the covenant stuff, unsure if we can do it in time
