which should give schematic for Pale Regal Cervid mount at Protoform Synthesis.
Had this quest bugged, cound't finished it at NPC. I abandoned it and hoped for fix, but there was none.
So I lost the schematic due to bugged quest.
I would need it to be generated directly to my bag again or to protoform NPC.

Y got the achivement "Cyphers of the First Ones" (https://www.wowhead.com/achievement=15402/cyphers-of-the-first-ones), that triggers "Schematic Reassimilation: Pale Regal Cervid (https://www.wowhead.com/quest=65375/schematic-reassimilation-pale-regal-cervid)" quest.
The bug is that I didn't get the necessary item "Schematic: Pale Regal Cervid (https://www.wowhead.com/item=189455/schematic-pale-regal-cervid)" to complete the quest.
Don't have it in my bags nor my mail.

Same bug, confirm. The quest can't be turned in at the protoform npc.

on retail u dont get the schematic i think but kodah must have the recipe already. here kodah does not have the recipe
