It looks like that Soul fire while you are in demon form have 2 GCD, one when you begin to cast the spell(as it should be, 1s GCD) and another one when you finish casting the spell, so you can't spam the spell while you are in demon form so it's a massive Dps lost. All casted spells only have 1 GCD which is one second in the moment you push the button to cast it not when you finish casting.
Any Dev/classmaster can check this to prove if i'm right or not?

You can see when spamming the soul fire button, it gets in GCD more than 1 time
