The bonus are actually apply on Frenzied Regeneration
I just tried with +/- 110% resolve on tank dummy and it heals me 36k , without resolve it heals 34k , same issue with http://www.wowhead.com/spell=145110/yseras-gift , it's not affected by resolve
when i have 100% resolve , it's like instead of increasing healing by 100% ( heal *2) , it heals 100% of healing ( so no healing is added) , then after 100% healing increases.
