Hi, I have a problem with the loyalty points that the npc gives you. The problem is that I am fulfilling all the requirements to receive 13 points and I am only receiving 11.
I have the mail verified and I have never been banned.
An additional fact is that on June 25 I had not yet bought gold points in the store and I also received 11 points. I thought that the two points I needed to receive were the fact of not having donated and not having the "authenticator" active, and that's why I also activated it.
The point is that I still cannot receive the full 13 points that the PNC would give me for meeting all the requirements.
It should also be noted that I have almost a month with this problem and I could not be treated as I should.
I need the problem solved as soon as possible, because I have been receiving only 11 points for about 30 days, I have lost 90 points in total.
