There are two creatures which should drop the toy https://www.wowhead.com/item=134831/doomsayers-robes when they die.
The dropchance of it is not 100% but there is no info about it on WoWhead so I made it 40% chance since it feels like it on retail.
Those two npcs https://www.wowhead.com/npc=130828/gordon-mackellar and https://www.wowhead.com/npc=130911/charles-gastly don't drop it.
https://www.wowhead.com/npc=130911/charles-gastly doesn't even spawn. (atleast as I saw)
Both of them should also respawn after 6min.
Steps for reproducing the issue:
1.Teleport to the npc.
2.Kill the npc.
3.Try to loot. (He is only lootable if the item dropped)
