Using a crowd control on a player/mob when he's already dr( diminishing returns ) like 3 times ( the player/mob becomes immune ), if you use the same crowd control family on the player/mob when he's immune, it should reset the the third dr to it's full duration.
Exemple ( if you didn't get it ) :
I spam polymorph on a target
1 - 8s
2 - 4s
3 - 2s
4 - Immune
If i do it before 15 seconds, it should stay in state 4 for 15s again.
Right now it does
1 - 8s
2 - 4s
3 - 2s
4 - Immune
5 - I continue spamming poly like a 'tard
1 - 8s etc

Also only non-magic stuns / should have 15s Diminishing Returns. The Rest should have 18s
