Check other similar reports before you open a new one please. This is reported already. The Hellfire fragment drop in more place than in hellfire peninsule. Go to check the others gobjects and for sure you will get it.
in hellfire any fragment can pick up

Hopefully, if subordinate to this chain, I'd be able to finish it. He just reached that place and the author. It really bothers me that not running this quest chain. The objects themselves are given when taking the job, but they cannot be used, because apparently the other phase in the time they need.
The objects cant be used but it isnt need, when you click the recipe to get the object, the event start and you can watch it the same that if you use the object...
