Quest http://www.wowhead.com/quest=43370/a-new-invention can't be completed by talking to http://www.wowhead.com/npc=110424/image-of-mimiron while having all 4 items in your inventory. I made sure I was in Beast Mastery specialisation as well. Good job on fast fixes of all the steps of the quest but this last one remains to be fixed.
The issue is with delivering the part to http://www.wowhead.com/npc=110447/xr9-47.

One hunter once told me it worked for him for 5 mins after the server crashed and he relogged in front of the NPC. I just had the oppurtunity to try it as well and it worked for me, but my friend must have missed this narrow window by a tiny margin.

Didn't work for me even after the server crashed.
Well it worked for my friend after he tried it the 2nd crash so I guess you have to be quick with relogging in front of the NPC after the crash or just wait for the fix.
