If you can't, maybe it will be fair to give the title to all players with all achievements for Halloween except this one?
I did so much to make it happen and can't get it just because of this bug. Please be fair to players. I can add a screenshot with all achievements i made.

Yes please fix these quests before the event is over. Or atleast make the quests instant complete as a temporary solution .

To be honest my friends told me you will probably ignore this post but at least you could answer.
You can see many people voted for this, not me only, they're all interested in getting this title just as much as i do.
Please, respect not only raiders. I do enjoy this server and understand that play without paying and must be ready to lags and not working content but i don't understand why you ignore this on purpose.
