Complete description of your issue (do not forget to specify the issue, all conditions for making the issue to happen, and if the issue is related to a phase, specify the phase in which you found this issue):
1) Stack Reap souls( i stack always 7 and more)
2) Start rotation(Agony, Corruption, 2-3 soul shards of Unstable Afflication, Reap Souls, Drain Souls. Tool tip and dps change after activation reap souls or\and after end of reap souls too.
Steps for reproducing the issue:

P.S.: i play with that bug like 1-2 month, only i catch that, but i dunno how play rightnow, cuz i cant mythic+, cant raid with my guild, cant lfg.
My friends tell me that they dont have same problem on affli warlocks, but i hear that not only i have pain with that bug.
