-Theres a NPC called 'Slahtz' found in Orgrimmar ( Hall of the Brave ) , This NPC is a Experience Eliminator. As a Twink ( Low Level PVP Character ) i need to stop my XP until i can get more stuff etc without leveling up. Hope you can fix it soon.
Steps for reproducing the issue:
-Delete it and repop it, Or look for script.
