Twists fate to provide an opportunity for additional treasure from Legion raid and Mythic dungeon bosses.
Seal of Broken Fate is the bonus roll currency for Legion. It will be usable in all Mythic dungeons, in the new Tier 19 raids The Nighthold and The Emerald Nightmare, and for the new world bosses. The bonus roll grants you an extra chance at loot from any of those bosses.
Three Seals can be acquired a week, and there is a hard cap of 6 seals.
Issue: The NPC http://www.wowhead.com/npc=111243/archmage-landalock, who gives the http://www.wowhead.com/currency=1273/seal-of-broken-fate, doesn't give any quest to obtain the wished coins as a reward from weekly quests, so, i would suggest that the NPC should sell directly the coins by Gold or http://www.wowhead.com/currency=1220/order-resources, at least while the quests doesn't work, cause it would easier to sell the item, that make the scripts of each quest.
