Since the latest update i would assume, it seems our soul fragments arent healing us anymore, last night i had not a issue with them healing correctly, now when they spawn the character registers it is around it but when you go to pick it up for the healing or Fury for talent, it won't consume or pick it up.
Steps for reproducing the issue: Get soul fragment proc and go trying to pick it up and it will not heal.
I hope they fix this fast!

REPAIR THIS
every class in wow have heal lvl
and dh have just 1 heal lvl (should kill target first )
thats not working now
dh palying its realy hard but now its imposible
die so soon in every where
i hope sv fix that soon
