In WoD you should be able to learn every single glyph in the game by http://www.wowhead.com/spell=167950/research-warbinders-ink. However this doesn't work as intended and stops teaching glyphs at some point. So we have to use the same kind of "research" of the older expansions such as http://www.wowhead.com/spell=165467/research-ink-of-dreams.
Again, that is bug too and there are a list of glyphs that you cannot learn by that method, so we use http://www.wowhead.com/item=45912/book-of-glyph-mastery (around 30 of those) to learn the reamining glyphs.
But when there are 3 Glyphs left on the list, those http://www.wowhead.com/item=45912/book-of-glyph-mastery stop working.
Finally we got those 3 glyphs that are IMPOSSIBLE to learn at the moment. Those are:

http://www.wowhead.com/item=43425/glyph-of-shield-slam
http://www.wowhead.com/item=42404/glyph-of-mass-dispel
So either you could fix http://www.wowhead.com/spell=167950/research-warbinders-ink so we can learn every glyph in the correct way, or at least "unblock" those 3 reamining glyphs so we can learn them with http://www.wowhead.com/item=45912/book-of-glyph-mastery.
Not listed in the book learn and nobody have commented this glyph since MoP, are you sure it's still exist ?

Only few scribes that transfered their characters from pandashan have those and they are selling them for huge prices on AH.

it should teach this glyph as of retail but it doesnt on Firestorm, thats what report isabout
I thought not learning those 3 glyphs was my personal bug :/, Ive being trying to learn those 3 glyphs for months!!

I have all of these glyphs on both of my inscriptionists.... So they are still able to be learned
no, they are impossible to learn unless you buy it from website
I confirm this, i can't learn those three glyphs either.
