In ToT there's a mob Corpse Spider [68248] who apply a debuff "cocoon" [112844] that stun the character and make him immune to any kind of attack/damage.
This debuff remain even if kicked from the raid, summoned, after various login and in Battle Grounds.
I've noticed that joining arena removes the cocoon, but at the end of the arena that debuff it's reapplied to the character.

This bug will be fixed soon. It's currently on PTR.
