Classic milling doesn't give pigments meaning most glyphs aren't accessible
Steps for reproducing the issue:
1) get classic inscription
2) attempt to use classic milling on plants

up , classic inscription milling bugged , it consumes herbs and not giving any pigments
update : only the first entry level herbs are bugged ( Peacebloom , Earthroot , Silverleaf ) , the rest of the herbs provide pigments
Confirmed, even now Peacebloom, Earthroot and Silverleaf all just get destroyed without yielding pigments.
