normaly you cannot reflect / ground the exhale soul swap.
Can you give more informations please, a retail video or wow forums.

When you have a reflect up/ground and you inhale with soulswap, the exhale doesn't apply any dots.
18% of your mana for nothing.
The reflect megagems can also reflect soul swap ( full row of dots ) when it should not be able to....

Exhale soul swap : Doesn't pass through reflects. The dots are still reflected.
New fix : If you inhale somebody who has reflect up, you can still copy the dots life normaly.
