Unleased fury 50% increased healing doesn't apply if you heal your team in arena, only when healing yourself. Probably same problem in BG's.

Works fine for me. The buff stays when i remove riptide hot and is applied on my heal when I heal a teammate
I use unleash elements without riptide on me or my team and it still doesn't apply when I heal my team but when I heal myself, the procs is applied on the healing.
Nevermind what i said : report confirmed. Same issue on normal servers.

Works fine except that a HoT tick consumes the 50% increased healing while it shouldn't.

That's a diffrent bug. The healing on allies work with every heal so the fix is fine.
