Of the three NPCs, NPC "Ned" (https://www.wowhead.com/npc=129967) does not respond the correct dialogue and does not trigger the "Ned Asked" objective.
Steps for reproducing the issue: Take the quest, walk to Ned (located at 77.8,85.1 in Tiragarde Sound), Interact with NPC and click the dialogue option.

we need to ask 3 of NPC, but the Third one dont work, name Ned, always problems with Ned :D
