After going to legion dalaran at 44,61 (where Conjurer margoss can be found).
I did most of his reputation if not all since I own the mount that he sells at max reputation. However, I found that I have 0 reputation with him and after giving him one item for reputation, it counts it as normal (but doesn't go to exalted at all, it's like a reset)
And it's also missing several items, as sorted in legion server but not in shadowlands-
