Said power hits with one hand when in its description it appears that this power hits with both weapons that problem has become very frequent to the point that there are moments that it cast (Stormstrike) and does not cause any damage (it does not appear as dodged or as locked) it simply does not hurt but charges the power as if it had thrown it. and mostly hits with one hand doing very low damage. Here are some photos that I take with recount in PVP and in PVP as it hits with one hand.

With the problem of Stormstrike, I also change the critical hit of my powers being almost null as if I did not have that statistic and in PVP they do me more damage than normal as if I did not have tier21

This bug that I have is curious because my trinkets get critical as always. They were not affected but the critical hits of my character powers seem to be damaged
