Since this morning's reboot, healing sphere can't be casted without a target. The spheres also spawn next to the targeted player, a bit randomly, and not at the location the monk wants them to.
I think Healing Sphere works like Gift of the Serpent now, you need a target and the orb spawn around the target, it should just appear where you click and should not need a target to be casted.

All our fixes hit the PTR before hitting our live realm, and of course the PTR has to reboot before the fix got applied for real.
It should be good now :)
