Complete description of your issue (do not forget to specify the issue, all conditions for making the issue to happen, and if the issue is related to a phase, specify the phase in which you found this issue): When I find Angus Ballaster and approach him Ican only buy items from him so I cant complete the quest. I met a few players who could not comlete the quest to. I worked last week on my other character.
