I started with this tune fresh on BfA. I would report that I can't learn Pandaria mining and Pandaria engineering. Also, when I try to mine Ghost Iron Ore it says it requires skill level 500.
There is some kind of bug ( incompatibility ) with old/new professions.

same problem with Herbalist , but I pay to have this profession level max so I pay for it does not work ...
