PTR and live servers: only generates 2 chi from Jab.
Works for jab
Doesnt work for expel harm
Doesnt work for soothing mist
Doesnt work for cracking jade lightning

On the PTR. The buff still remains when those abilities are launched expect for Jab.
Doesn't generate a chi sphere near the monk when you generate chi with a full chi bar.
That's all for the PTR right now.

Little update on that one,
Still works only for Jab, a Chi sphere is correctly spawning, but it's not doing anything, it just disappears when you aren't full hp, kinda like a healing sphere.
