Complete description of your issue: When you talk with the man that creates the item http://www.wowhead.com/item=139888/frost-crux , it appears that the item is ready to be picked up, but it doesn't appear. So it can't be recreated because first we have to pick it up, so we neither can use it nor create more.
This maybe happened because of having a pending order of http://www.wowhead.com/item=139888/frost-crux when the server updated to 7.3.5
This issue happens to a lot of users, I asked them.

pls give this problem some solution, even if you change it to a cooldown item or put some vendor so we can buy it, I think this would solve well.
