Give 10 insanity instead of 6. You cast VT and should get the VT insanity not VT + SW:P. SW:P is only applied in the same time.

NB : All of this have been tested on retail.
On the server, the talent also cast the instant damage of the SW:P, while it should not. It should only apply the dot.
Agree with all your bugtrackers, right now spriest is the most broken class in arenas (right before ele shaman with 2 lava bursts)
Hum... mage is more bugged and stronger than sp and elem. Warrior too. Maybe ret too but not sure.
The sp is so bugged but he overall damage are pretty same as retail. For what I could tested until now.
No its not, played a bunch of arenas vs them, u can stay in void form like 3/4 of the arena, u dying to a priest that dont have a single dot on u. Warrior/mage right now is very close to retail, about ret u are right, they hit like a truck.

The mage damages are almost x2 ..., fury can global you because of 2-3 bug on the crit, and elem can just put 1.3m on a gcd^^
But yeah the priest can stay in voidform very long time because of the bugs on driven to madness. But we have also big issues on the dot damage on the other side, so we are buffed (i agree completely with that) of around 15-20% i should tell, but we are far to be cheat as mage or elem.
The ret i don't know really, on retail, on burst they were very hard to tank. I would tell that there is maybe a little up of 10% max on some abilities.
