Complete description of your issue (do not forget to specify the issue, all conditions for making the issue to happen, and if the issue is related to a phase, specify the phase in which you found this issue): Currently, the Shadow Priest legendary "Zeks Exterminatus" is not working properly. I know that it procs from Shadow Word: Pain because I see Shadow Word: Death blinking once on my bars while above the target is above 20% HP. The issue is that it's only proccing the damage multiplier(I don't even know if that multiplier is being applied correctly) but Shadow Word: Death goes grey right after the legendary procs and you don't have time to use it.
I've noticed while the target is below 20% HP, when the Zeks Exterminatus procs, the damage of the next Shadow Word: Death is increased, whether or not the damage increase values are correct.
Steps for reproducing the issue: Have Zeks Exterminatus legendary. Place Shadow Word: Pain on an attackable target and wait for it to proc. You will still not be able to use Shadow Word: Death unless the target is below 20% HP.

About that The problem with Zeks you are right, the problem is maybe from Shadow Word: Pain dealing damage and resetting the buff.
The same happens to me.
Didn't think of it, but It could be that SW:P ticking right after the proc just resets it and makes it unusable.
Update: I don't know how to 100% reproduce it as it just seems random, but I've managed to use the proc from the Legendary after using Vampirit Touch or Mind Blast once on a new target after the last target died with SW:P on. Like I said, I can't reproduce it confidently, but it's a fact that I managed to use SW:D on a target with more than 20% or 35% HP(depending on the talent) and when critting it was hitting around 800K, which is roughly double the amount of a crit without the Legendary buff. I
In conclusion, the damage multiplier is correct. Now the buff just needs to not disappear right after it procs.
Another update: Don't know the exact conditions to reproduce it, but it seems that when you cast Vampiric Touch or Mind Blast for the first time, or Shadow Word: Pain(must be right after the first tick of damage), you can use Shadow Word: Death. Doesn't always work, but I managed to make it work fairly consistently when having the 2 Mind Blast charges available. So basically, you open with Vampiric Touch, Mind Blast or Shadow Word: Pain and before you cast a 2nd ability, or let one of the dots do it's 2nd tick of damage, you are able to use Shadow Word: Death with Zeks Exterminatus proc.
