This Character is supposed to sell A recipe for tailoring, but It does not. I would like you and I begg you to repair the NPC, so I can buy The recipe and the Pets.
The cooker, who is in front of Narkk, does sell the recipes for cooking, there should not be issues in selling his recipes too.
