Difficult mode of the instance in which you found this issue:
Ok the haste dont increase energy regen at all, i've tried with drums/hero and alacrity talent, still energy reg is same. I believe its not only related to rogues but this problem is effecting ww monks and feral druids aswell, that's why you cant see them in mythic+ dungeons. Anyways i wonder why our class master cant notice this issue, it must be solved with high priority because it limit our dps due to energy starvation. I request you to solve this issue asap or replace our class master.
Steps for reproducing the issue:
Make level 110 rogue, buy drums of fury or invite mage/ shaman in party.
Take alacrity talent.
DPS test on Dummy.
Go script Mastery and haste ty.

Approved, Feral druids are totally worthless without any Haste, you may press 2 spells every 4 seconds or more.
Same reason outlaw is not played on this server you cant get any value out of your artifact weapon spell Dreadblades buff because you spend half of the buff waiting for energy. Once this is fixed im pretty sure outlaw will see some play. Experiencing same on Windwalker monk or any other rogue specialization. This should be marked as critical and stop being ignored for a month alredy as i saw many posts about this.

God bless after 3 months of this being reported they noticed...
it increases but u need like 80% haste just to see like 3/5% increase im a rog so ik how it jurts
they said they are working on fix and we will soon see a hotfix.

Well I'm cheering them on fixin'! Heard on world chat that monk's ene regen is still bugged with haste
its in the new changelog lets see if that works
