Hello, this spell is acting really weird, yeah its bugged, i tested it with my friend on mob which does around 7k-8k basic attack dmg, once i used harm, i got stagger with 1.6k dmg per second but i got only 50 demage when ever mob hited him, also not sure did he even get some dmg reducted from himself and if he did how much % it was. (no idea how to link spell since it got removed in WoD).
