When the boss goes to P3, the boss will gains 20% of his maximum HP (Health Point).
Problem on the server the boss regeneration on p3 is too low. It seems that he regenerates 20% HP of his "HP on P1" (you can see on calcul part).

Calcul :
in vidéo at 7:44, boss HP goes 89m to 185m -> 185m-89m = 96m
boss HP on p1 is 484m. 20% of 484m = 96,8m
It is the same problem on 10man mode.
