The object http://www.wowhead.com/item=139547/runes-of-the-darkening#comments, the object is obtained from Na'zak, the hunters of souls, Ana-mouz and Humongris, but these are not implemented but Humongris will be enabled soon according to the development blog, also in wowhead (see the link) in the comments, users say that this can be obtained from the following bosses:
Lich King
Deathbringer Saurfang
The Four Horsemen
bosses of ICC and Naxxramas
I would like it when they implement Humongris and that this object can also be obtained by these heads of ICC and Naxxramas
I add that world bosses like humongris in patch 7.1 have 100% chance of releasing the item
Yea this can be lootable in ICC ( Deathbringer Saurfang box from any diff and Lich King i was read only on 25hc was drop) and from Naxx only 25hc diff 4 horseman box which cant be opened on server
