Complete description of your issue (do not forget to specify the issue, all conditions for making the issue to happen, and if the issue is related to a phase, specify the phase in which you found this issue): I loot legendary item "Qa'pla Eredun War Order" for BM Hunter, but the effect of this object works in the opposite direction - instead of cut time "Kill command" in 3 seconds - add 3 seconds to cooldown. this greatly decreases my dps, cuz "Kill command" now used much less frequently.
Steps for reproducing the issue: Repair that bug pls. ty.
Also, the legendary stops working talent "Killer Cobra" , which is taken at 100 level.
