Master poisoner adds 10% in non-lethal poisons. The right thing is 20%
50% http://www.wowhead.com/spell=3408/crippling-poison of crippling poison more 20% http://www.wowhead.com/spell=196864/master-poisoner of master poisoner, total 70% reduction of movement.
Rogue assassination only has 60% reduction of movement using master poisoner.

it works correctly, as "by"is multiplicative and it isn't the same as "additional" so 20/100*50=10 -> 50%+10%= 60%
and not 50%+20%=70%
