Steps for reproducing the issue: Get Hailstorm talent, use Flametongue and check the combat log, instead of Melee, hailstorm flametongue it will be Melee Hailstorm Flametongue Flametongue
i can confirm, flametongue proc twice but didnt know it needed hailstorm
