http://www.wowhead.com/spell=108283/echo-of-the-elements = Does not work on Healing stream Totem, it should grant the ability to have 2 Healing stream totems up at the same time when specced into this talent, however when casting the second Healing stream totem the first one will dissapear.
This is not how it is supposed to work, in this expansion the 2 charges grant the Restoration shaman the choice to put 2 of these totems at the same time (This is how it works on retail).

Steps for reproducing the issue:

Choose the talent "Echo Of the Elements" then put down your Healing stream totem and immediately place the second one (2 cherges from the talent), you will notice how the first one dissapears when placing the second one.
