So http://www.wowhead.com/spell=77226/mastery-deep-healing is completly buged,like it doesent exist it does nothing it should give so powerfull heals when target is low hp but it heals same which makes resto shaman so weak with slow and low heals.
I sugest very high priority to make resto shamans viable ty in adcance.
atm shamans are no 1 healers in pve they are very viable
I talk about pvp and it doesent matter how good they are now spell still needs fix cuse in pvp his heals are joke
I tested some spells to see if is actually working or not....the result is that on primary target the my mastery works fine,definetly is too low (43%) but i think the problem is on secondary target or indirect spells (like chain heal,healing raid,totems etc.) I think this is the real problem...
Mastery used to work good, but after some fixes it bugged, dunno maybe 5-6 days ago. It heals a bit less with direct heals than it should and heals with 0% increase with indirect spells.

instead of increasing heals are decreased (30-50k)only which is pathetic pls bring us fix alredy its urgent. allow us to play resto
