I honestly think that this is one of the most important spells in the game. Without it, the spec is dead. The fix for this one is highly required for future game quality and diversity of gameplay.

it was supposed to be fixed in this week changelog you can read it in the warlock fixes, however, the fix is not there. Did they Forget to apply the fix?
