Only for sublety rogues:
When you are higher than lvl 92 vanish cooldown should reduce 30 seconds with enhanced vanish.
-How it works: it only reduces 10 seconds from 2 minutes and it makes vanish cooldown be 1,5 min.
-How it should work: it should reduce 30 seconds from 2 minutes making vanish cooldown be 1,30 min.
