Chain lightning doing damage and hitting 5 targets but is not generating 4 Maelstrom for each target hit.

It generates a total of 4 maelstrom regardless of the number of targets hit.

The problem for us elementals is the maelstrom generation. If it doesnt work correctly like this spell our damage decreases rapid. We need that maelstrom to hit hard with our shocks but right now we hit like a wet noodle.

Also the damage buff off StormKeeper isn't applied to all targets in Chain Lightning consistently.
