Artifact spell http://www.wowhead.com/spell=211714/thalkiels-consumption it's not working:
It actually drain the hp % from your demons but it doesn't launch any damage bolt to his target. It should launch a bolt which is result of the sumarize of every demon hp drained

You actually should check the TCK Damage Actual(50% DE hp)-OLD sheet since this got updated to lastest patch
