The talent is working but it doesn't show debuf on target so its hard to see when target is effected by it

c'mon some fixes for elemental, is the only spec with 2 rows of talents completely bugged and still not a fix

Thumbs up, but CMs, Devs, whoever - they just dont fix Shaman bugs.
