Complete description of your issue (do not forget to specify the issue, all conditions for making the issue to happen, and if the issue is related to a phase, specify the phase in which you found this issue): Fel Armor should spread out 10% of all incoming damage as a dot over 5 seconds when interacting with Soul Leech.

Steps for reproducing the issue: Check if you have Soul Leech buff on you and take damage with Fel Armor talented in the Warlock Class tree.
