Steps for reproducing the issue: Normally it happens when someone from the group dies in the boss in combat and when defeating him, this same does not give him the option of being able to loot and in this case not even be able to complete the mission.

agreed, a lot of the time, when anyone from the raid or dungeon group dies, if we kill the boss, the people that died can't loot the boss, it doesn't give and option to loot it.

I don't have a flight path / flying point to Tazavesh and no quest in quests log.
I completed all the quests from respective chain, less the last one "Tazavesh - Raiders of the lost artifact"
which is not existing in my quest log.
/run print(C_QuestLog.IsQuestFlaggedCompleted(63986)) >> false.
The previous quest in the chain -"The Veiled Market" returned with
/run print(C_QuestLog.IsQuestFlaggedCompleted(63985)) >> true.
After I finished this quest, I remember that there was no flying master/NPC there(don't know why) and I had to
leave Tazavesh by using hearthstone to Oribos.
From that moment I couldn't go back to Tazavesh anymore. No quest to abandon it from quests log. No NPC to talk to about it.
Nothing at all. No other option.
